Description of Work:

The Sherwood Press is an historic letterpress print shop that will be featuring guest artist Kathleen Byrd with her original poems designed and printed collaboratively with owner Jami Heinricher as note cards and broadsides.

Demo:

Kathleen will give short readings of new work at 12 pm and 2 pm. She will also talk about the process of poetry writing and about poems as visual art, using the medium of letter press. We will have a letterpress print demonstration prepared.
